THE RESTAURANT
THE STORY
Once upon a time an Italian guy proud to be from Emilia-Romagna region, up-north Italy, the region where the home-made egg pasta was originally invented, decided to create a whole restaurant using every single product, pasta and recipe, that come maniacally and exclusively from his region.
OUR UNIQUENESS
Covering the typical fresh pasta dishes from each Emilian city hand-made in front of you following the original Grandma’s own recipe and maintaining an outstanding value.
Also Launching the real Gnocco Fritto in London, the typical gently-fried bread to enjoy with meat&cheese. Also you can't miss our traditional wine Lambrusco, a chilled sparkling red wine which is strictly served in ceramic bowls as the tradition suggests.
THE LOCATION
Offering just 40 covers, Via Emilia is intimate yet light and airy; with its traditional white marble and dark stained wood, the interior combines the conventional with quirky use of aged steel, copper and caged displays adding a modern twist to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. In trendy Shoreditch and Fashionable Fitzrovia..
INTO THE FOOD VALLEY
Our restaurant takes the name from an ancient Roman road that
crosses the region connecting the main cities.
Emilia Romagna is considered the Food Valley in Italy thanks among all to its worldwide renowned pastas such as Tortellini, Lasagne and Bolognese sauce and to its charcuterie and cheese such as Parma Ham and Parmesan.
So take this vibrant journey with us!
